Context:

The reputed real-estate developer Impact Group was close to finishing their latest luxury development in the North of Bucharest: Luxuria. They were in need of a complex 360 campaign to put their star-development on the map.

Idea:

Luxuria. The address of success. The development had three major target categories set in mind: young professionals, families looking for a safe, top of the line home close to key locations, as well as small investors, looking for their next investment.
